A Superior buy for any who want a basic reliable cell phone : JUST5 J509 Easy to Use Unlocked Cell Phone with Big Buttons, Amplified Sound, Personal Emergency Response System (Black)
I purchased qty#2 of these phones. One was for my elderly mother, the other was for me and it's an easy purchase to recommend. These phones come with a Just5/Jolt Mobile SIM card and the registration was easy. If you create an account on Jolt Mobile's website you can add minutes as you like..$10/100 minutes,$20/200 minutes,$30/300 minutes plan (minutes last for 90 days)or unlimited for $40/monthly. They also offer a $50/500 minutes for 180 days and a $100/1000 minutes plan for 365 days.
Purchasers have to show some basic insight when it comes to the customer service that a smaller cell phone/service provider has when comparing it to the `big boys' like AT&T,Verizon and so on. I actually went with AT&T originally as my cell service provider(had the 'go plan' with AT&T and the SIM that comes with the plan), however AT&T charged for ridiculous things so even though they have top class customer service, they proved too expensive so I switched back to the Just5 SIM, registered with Just5/Jolt Mobile and have been with them since.
The big buttons are great, they are back-lit and the phone has a built in flashlight that I have used more than I thought I would. It's otherwise a no 'frills' phone, ok except the fm radio built in. I haven't added a headset yet, but I am thinking about it so I cannot comment on that aspect of the phone.

Looks original, but performs as a black market duplicate. Where they get this stuff?? Never buying again. Stay away from this product. It's a headache returning and getting it replaced.

This is the third case I have bought and I finally do not need to look anymore. The pink color is a darker fuschia color that is really pretty and not too bright. It also has a rubbery feeling to the case. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't seem to durable, but it did snap on really well and hugs the phone.

The case itself is fantastic VERY durable. I especially like the accordion screen protector, but the clip that goes on your belt...not so much. It broke in the first week and without undo pressure, wear or abuse. This was a gift so I am disappointed, having to purchase a Klein holster to put the whole thing in. Nice case but... : Case-Mate CM016802 Tank Rugged Case with Holster Belt Clip for Apple iPhone 4/4S - 1 Pack - Retail Packaging - Military Green/Orange
This case is a sturdy case and it slips in and out of pocket better then my last case BUT I do not see how the phone inside the case could survive the tests they show on their website. The sliding screen is strong but it flexes enough that anything significantly heavy were to impact it the screen just seems sure to crack. Of course I am not going to test whether it would truly happen but the give in the screen protector allows it to impact the scree even under mild finger pressure and so it stands to reason that dropping a bunch tools on the case might not break the case itself but I would think the screen wouldn't survive.
Update: 12/19/2011 - Case fell from about 3 feet high and cracked in 2 places. I have submitted a warranty request to Case Mate to see what they say. I haven't had the case quite a month yet.
